tarter sauce

Tarter Sauce:

This sauce can be used for many things.

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 medium onion

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

1/2 lime juice

1 tsp honey

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp thyme

1 tbsp basel

2 tbsp dill

all fresh herbs

mix all ingredients together
