angel food is actually easy and fun to make....I've made the cupcakes, and deee-lish! In whole cake form it is just as good and easier than foolin' with individual servings. The only mod I made was using almond extract instead of vanilla, but just because I'm out at the moment.....anyway, follow this

I wanted to make this but don't have a mixer, is it possible w/ out? I guess it would just be a lot of mixin'
